Earlier this month, I hosted a workshop called Turn the Page. It was a space to pause, reflect, and take an honest look at the year behind us.

We explored what we accomplished in 2025, what we’re ready to leave behind, what we want to carry forward, and most importantly, what kind of life we want to be living as we move into the new year. From there, we worked on creating a vision, and setting goals that actually support that vision.

You might notice something missing here.

I’m talking about goals and vision, not resolutions.

There’s a reason for that.

Resolutions often start with good intentions, but they tend to be vague and disconnected. “Be healthier.” “Stress less.” “Do better.” They sound nice, but they rarely come with a clear plan or a meaningful why. When life gets busy or hard, those resolutions don’t have much to anchor them, so they quietly fall away.

Goals are different, especially when they grow out of a clear vision.

A vision asks bigger, deeper questions.
How do I want to feel in my life?
What actually matters to me?
What values do I want my days to reflect?

When your goals are connected to your values, they become more than tasks on a list. They become intentional steps toward a life that feels aligned. They’re also easier to shape into something realistic and measurable, something you can revisit and adjust instead of abandon.

As we move toward 2026, this is a gentle invitation to consider a different approach.

Have you taken time to clarify your vision for the year ahead?
Are your goals realistic and achievable, or are they asking too much of you all at once?
Do they reflect what you truly value right now, not what you think you should want?

If you’d like support creating a vision that feels true to you, and setting goals that actually move you in that direction, I’d love to help. I offer one-to-one Zoom sessions where we slow the process down, get clear, and build a path forward that feels both supportive and doable.

You don’t have to overhaul your entire life. Sometimes, turning the page starts with one intentional step.

If that resonates, reach out to schedule a conversation. 💜
