This week, I’ve been holding the memory of Skeeter, whose presence has shaped so many moments of insight, growth, and quiet understanding. While his passing leaves a space, it also reminds me of the ongoing journey we all share —a journey that continues to unfold, even as we honor those who have walked alongside us.

It’s also the week I’m teaching the Turn the Page workshop, a reminder that life, like a book, offers new chapters. Turning the page isn’t about erasing what’s come before — it’s about stepping forward with intention, curiosity, and openness. Each chapter carries its lessons, its joys, its challenges, and when we turn the page, we allow ourselves to write the next part of our story with clarity and presence.

This month, I’ve been noticing the threads of the past decade loosening — the old patterns, the weights we carry, the lessons that have run their course. There’s a quiet invitation here: to release what no longer serves us, to honor where we’ve been, and to step into what’s next with courage and grace.

Turning the page is not about starting over. It’s about seeing clearly where we’ve been and deciding, consciously, how we will move forward. Sometimes the most powerful step is simply noticing it’s time to move forward — and allowing ourselves to do so.

As we enter this chapter together, I invite you to pause and ask yourself: what page are you ready to turn today?
